Definitions of PH, acid and Alkali

PH is acid alkaline levels of a solution measured on a scale from 0-14. High low PH water or food is heavily influenced by hydrogen ions and other mineral content also contained therein. Middle or neutral pH is 7. Water has a PH standard standard 6.5-8.0. Water under acidic, whereas 6.5 referred to above 8.0 alkaline or alkaline called.
The benchmark of neutral/PH value of 7.0 is the center of the lower the PH value the more acidic and the PH the higher the value the more alkaline (alkali). The fruit is still fresh and smooth skin more alkaline and acid finally becomes increasingly so wrinkled skin. Young children while parents alkaline is more acidic.
Lye also known as basa is compounds that absorb ions dissolve in water. Alkali or alkaline is the opposite of acids. The more ions that are dissolved in the water, the higher the value of the alkalinya in other words, the higher the PH value of the water.
